Responses to Prayer

Thanks to everyone for the prayers you sent up for Geraldine Deavers in Selma, AL. Geraldine had a lung transplant and is recovering wonderfully.

But the medication they are giving her is causing other problems. You could say she is not out of the woods yet. "Now that's an old saying" I heard my mom say many times - that means don't you dare stop praying for Geraldine.

It was great to receive a letter from Ed Brimmage of Jacksonville, AR. Ed was our bass singer when I managed the Stamps Baxter Crownmen QT. He sent me a poster of a concert we had with the "Downings" at the First Free Will Baptist Church in North Little Rock, AR. Ed, thanks and I'm sorry it took me so long to say "Thanks" for the memories.
